WhatsApp allows group participants to change the group subject, icon, description, or send messages by default. However, the admin of that group can change the group settings to allow only admins to edit group info or send messages. Let’s take a glance at how to make changes to groups in WhatsApp?

How to make changes to groups in WhatsApp?
There are many changes that you can do in a WhatsApp group if you are a group participant or a group admin. These are as follows-
A) Change the group subject
- Open your WhatsApp. Go to your group chat.
- Then tap the More options
icon > Group info.
- Tap the Edit
icon next to the group icon and subject.
- Here you can easily enter a new subject, then tap OK. But keep in mind that the subject limit is 25 characters. You can also add emoji to your subject by tapping the Emoji
icon.

B) Change the group icon
- Open your WhatsApp. Go to your group chat.
- Then tap the More options
Icon > Group info.
- Tap the group icon > Edit
Icon.
- Then choose to use your Gallery, Search Web, or Camera to add a new image or you can Remove icon.

C) Change the group description
- Open your WhatsApp. Go to your group chat.
- Then tap the More options
Icon > Group info.
- You then have to tap the group description option.
- Finally, enter a new description for the group, then tap OK.
